Who we are

What we collect and why
- Waiting list: your email address, your first name if you give it, the plan you clicked and your approximate country. We use these to tell you when pre-orders open and when issues are about to post. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
- Subscribers: name, postal address, email and order history, so we can post your packs and manage your subscription (contract). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Gift orders: the recipient's name and address, used only to post their packs.
- Website analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and the waiting list), our email provider, Royal Mail (address labels) and our accountant. We never sell your data or pass it to distilleries.
How long we keep it
Waiting-list details until you unsubscribe or 24 months after launch, whichever comes first. Subscriber and order records for six years after your last order, for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email]. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Whisky Wildcard is for people aged 18 and over.
